Step 3: A real problem
Not a riddle. A live brief from our world, scoped to a few hours, and we pay for your time.
Step 4: Offer
Decision within a week of the brief. Clear number, clear scope, clear start date.

Before You Apply

You have no role that fits me. Should I still apply?
Yes. Pick "Other" and tell us what you would own. We have opened roles for people before we had a job title for them.
Do you hire freshers and interns?
We do. Internships are paid, run three to six months, and put you on live client work from week two — not on slide decks.
Is the work remote or from office?
We work out of Ahmedabad. Most roles are on-site with flexibility; a few senior specialist roles run hybrid. Ask on the call.
What happens to my resume?
It goes to our hiring inbox and stays on our own servers. We do not sell, share or publish candidate data.
How long until I hear back?
Within a week, either way. If you have not heard from us after that, mail us again — we would rather answer twice than ghost you once.
